You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the main roads. This is a shared space, so I may be on/off the property during your stay. There is also a cat that lives at the residence, and you may have the opportunity to meet her. *No pets allowed Your private room is nice and cozy, and locate next to the guest bathroom. The backyard offers a nice place to relax and unwind.

Very quiet neighborhood, next to main road which leads to main highway (SPID). The neighborhood is close to nature trails, eateries, and Walmart. This neighborhood is about 15 minutes from the beach, and about 15-20 minutes from downtown.
You will have access to parking on the street in front of the house. You can park in the drive way, on the far left side of the driveway (I will park on the right).
