really cool little spot in a mixed use village. residential, commercial and light industry blended fantastically made for awesome vibes. privacy was available but also an active daytime community. quick $10 ride to Broadway. also walkable, if you prefer.

So a slightly mixed review on this stay. Decent location being outside the city but within a quick drive. Loved the layout of the place, really great for a couple for either a short or longer term stay. A few issues that we noted. The WiFi connection was weirdly awful. Constantly disconnecting or not working. Usually not a problem on a vacation but had a few work items to do and it made it a headache. The next thing isn’t the hosts fault, it just is an annoying situation. The upstairs neighbors were SUPER loud and always bagging stuff around. Another item that isn’t the hosts fault but almost made me hate this stay was the utility room right outside the door kept beeping ever 3-4 seconds endlessly and could be heard throughout the entire AirbnB. This drove us absolutely crazy. No idea why the beeping happened but it was the entire 3 day stay every 4 seconds. Took a video of this b/c I couldn’t believe it.. Overall it was a decent stay but the constant beeping would keep me away again

the condo was great! clean and exactly like the listing so we knew what to expect. neighborhood is quiet- we were there on a Saturday/Sunday so I can't speak to weekday construction noise in the surrounding areas. ground floor unit was great, no stairs.

This was in a nice location and was very clean. Harleys instructions were very helpful and clear. I would definitely stay here again!

Close to downtown Nashville. Close to good food and other activities. I loved not being too far away from things to do. Cute and trendy place with a lovely coffee shop across the yard.
