Great spot, We took lots of ZR vans and they all go from a 2 min walk from her place to Bridgetown even if the websites say they wont lol. Great stay overall

I chose this Airbnb because I was already on the Island and had a slight hiccup with the home I was originally to stay at. This place was available, and it was priced at what I wanted to spend. Glendeane was a life saver! The tiny apartment was most nostalgic for me, as one who grew up on the Island but relocated many years ago. It is what the Bajans (Barbadians) call a chattel house, and it was clean, quaint and worth the visit. I stayed for 3 days, I felt right at home and my stay was quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for all the fluff that comes with a 4 to 5 star place, this is not it. However, if you want to experience the authentic Bajan life, living among the locals, then you just hit jackpot! There is Buffy's Bar and Mini Mart across the street from the home that was quite lively on the weekend. I would recommend having a rental to get around since a swimmable beach, Oistins, and Bridgetown will be a little distance drive.

One of the best AirBnB experiences in my life. The greenery inside the compound is very intentional, it really helped me stay grounded in my meditation and self transcendence practices. Glendeane is super responsive and she was kind enough to give me a ride to the airport in Bridgetown. Definitely staying there next time i'm in Barbados.
