We had a great experience and made use of the dock as much as we possibly could. The newly remodeled bathrooms are nice being this is an older home. The beds are comfortable as well. We did end up using the pullout sofa which has a very thin mattress so that made for difficult sleep. The grill has seen better days but we were able to make it work for our need. We would love to come back again when the weather warms up.

We had a great time. Being on the water was so peaceful. The house was clean and had all of the essentials taken care of! Highly recommend.

Davids place is one of the best! Location is easy to get to and convenient to most everything. The house has absolutely anything you need for a multi-day stay. The dock on the Stono river has everything you need for boating or fishing or just relaxing. Our family loved it. Definately will book again when we are back in the area.

Perfect spot right on the river!! 10 miles via water to Charleston harbor. Nice 30 minute cruise. We caught lots of fish right off the dock. our family can’t say enough good about this trip and location. We would 100% definitely stay at this house again.. the house is clean well stocked with everything you need to cook, or grill. The mornings were perfect, drinking coffee in the sunroom overlooking the river, and the sunset in the afternoon from the dock is out of this world. 100% would recommend
