We had a great week at Kati’s condo. Perfect location that was walkable to the tennis pool and the beach. Nicely updated baths and kitchen were great too. Owner was super responsive with all of our questions. We recommend it to others 😊

A. The unit contains the absolute minimum of furniture. Television is an extra. Porch furniture is rusty with four chairs covered to hid the rust. Only one extra set of sheets was supplied. There is a fine kitchen bar, but no bar stools. MBA shows its age. Almost every Motel 6 that I stayed has been furnished better. B. This was my sixth rental property at Sea Oaks - a lovely Florida beach and tennis resort that lives up to its high reputation. Unfortunately, this sixth condo can't come close to the other five in terms of amentities. All previously five owners happily returned my security deposits. All five properties were left perfectly cleaned 4. I was charged after leaving for a new mattress and bedding to replace the old sagging mattress which was NOT damaged by me. I tolerated the unsatisfactory mattress for a full month. I paid the full amount in order to avoid confrontation and pressure. I tend to trust others and I don't handle pressure well. Thank you.

We had a great time! Kathi was a great host and her condo had everything we needed! The amenities were excellent , the access to the beach was easy, and the pools were fun for all. We will definitely consider coming back!

This was our second time staying in this Tennis Villa and we love it! It is completely updated, clean and fresh, with high ceilings and lovely furnishings. Everything we are looking for in a rental home!
