Our home is on a corner lot diagonally across from the harbor. Our neighborhood is quiet and most folks will wave as they pass. We have folks that bike and walk in the neighborhood but other than that we are secluded from the busier areas near Hwy 12. We are a short walk or bike ride away from Avon Pier, public beach access and a few restaurants. Food Lion and Dirty Dicks Seafood is a very short drive away (less than 5 minutes). Centrally located for adventures north or south on the island!
Property owners live on 2nd and 3rd floor of home (no shared space with guests and owners) We have 3 dogs and, at times, they can bark and/or be heard in the apartment. We do our best to keep them quiet during our quite time (11pm - 7am). During your stay, if you have any issues with noise, please let us know and we will do everything in our power to correct the issue, but please be fully aware that there may be noises heard from our living space.

Avon is best seen by bike (in my opinion), but can be enjoyed by walking or driving too!
