Great place for our group, would stay here again.
Brandon and Rebecca’s place was perfect for our Friendsgiving. The places were spotless, clean, and comfortable. It’s the perfect setup for traveling with a big group! Would highly recommend and will look at renting again next year.
Our Hosts, Brandon and Rebecca, were very accommodating, answered our questions, helped us navigate the area, and provided a wonderful place for us to stay! We had 8 families (we rented the “Whole Enchilada” and the “Whole Forest” and it was so fun to be all together!
The Whole Enchilada was a perfect place to host family for our daughters graduation from CMU!! We will be back....
These townhomes were the cutest. We had our wedding party and us gathered here and we all had our individual spaces but could easily gather in one unit. Spaces are as described, but I will say the beds are pretty firm. We liked it, but some of our party did not. We all felt safe here and it was so nice to be able to easily walk to Graff Dairy. Clean, comfy and cozy.

GJ Stays is comprised of my life partner, Rebecca and myself, we manage and own short term rental properties as a team and have over 18 years combined experience. Rebecca and I live in the outdoor playground of Grand Junction, Colorado where we love to bike, fish, hike, golf, ski and much more. We have renovated several spaces and turned them into vacation rentals that we now own and manage.
