Beware the Bait & Switch! I attempted to reserve another location and was told they had multiple reservations simultaneously but another, cheaper location was available. The host still charged for the original/more expensive location. On top of that, they charged an extra $325 on the day of check-in to provide the location and check-in info. They don't mention this fee till the morning of check-in and they don't refund the price. So while this host eventually will let you access their airbnb's, expect a lot of extra fees just to stay at one of their locatons.

The house was beautiful. Ryan the host was very friendly and worked us though the checkin process. Everything went smoothly during our stay. Thanks again!

This could be a good rental choice ( good location, quiet, good bed, nice patio, timely responses from host) EXCEPT there are a few things you should be aware of in case it makes a difference to you. Read ALL the rules regarding deposits and possibility of updates on the house while you are there 1) check in is listed as 4 pm. We were not able to get in til 8:15 at night after a long day of travel ( we understand that emergencies happen, but this did not appear to be an emergency and the host commented the cleaners were running late as well) 8:15 in the dark was too late. 2)this is listed as a stand alone house. It isn’t. Its being converted to two units…work is being done on the house currently 3) buried in the fine print of the rules under ACCESS was a two line statement saying the owner reserved The right to work on the house while you were there. We have rented many times from Airbnb . this was quite frankly a shock and obviously something that we did not read before reserving the house. Workman were polite but it included one day of back windows being taped off for painters and periodic air compressors , people coming inside unit (we were given advance notice ) to measure for a mirror in the only bathroom ( with one sink cabinet and us trying to use a side wall medicine cabinet mirror to shave etc….) , installation of new front door handle, and work went on side of the house the rest of the week. Yes, we guess owners are covered with their two line statement but we didn’t feel like it was very considerate approach to paying guests and surprised this was within Airbnb guidelines. Btw, air conditioning works fine, but no controls for guests , as it is controlled by host .

We thought we were reserving a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Upon arrival all we had was 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. The home was under construction during our stay and it was most inconvenient. An apartment was made out of the one bedroom. There were no kitchen staples, nor enough silverware, coffee pot, or cleaning supplies. Our check-in was delayed from 4 to 6:50 . Had no temperature control. Had to call host if needed to change it.

Amazing place to stay, quiet neighborhood and roomy home. It really makes for a comfortable place to stay in while in town.
