This Airbnb is an absolute gem! The area is so nice and one of very few on-street properties in Paris. It is also large for Paris, which means that it doesn’t feel small. I really enjoyed my time at this Airbnb and I will definitely be booking this place again if I come to Paris! Thank you Eric and Fany!

Eric's place was above our expectations. The apartment is both ground and first floor of a busy street, but is surprisingly well sound-proofed. There is an electronic lock on the door that you can control from your phone as well as a deadbolt, so we felt very safe. The master bedroom and bath were larger than anywhere else I've stayed in Europe, and the shower was fantastic with a heated towel rack and massive towels. Even the sofa beds on the ground floor are fairly comfortable. There are plenty of amenities like any kind of bathroom/kitchen cleaner/detergent you could want and coffee and tea and seasonings in the kitchen. The whole place is super modern with radiators, air conditioning, and dehumidifiers for any kind of weather. Check-in was super easy and Eric checked on us multiple times during our stay. If we come back to Paris, we would definitely stay here again!
