Ryan’s unit is perfect for a Sydney stay. Really tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed and lounge and a very clean space. The traffic is noisy but not so bad with window and doors closed and has fans & aircon. Walking distance to buses, trains & cafes and not far from the city. Ryan was polite and helpful in his communications and provided clear instructions for check-in & check-out. Indoor plants are a nice touch.

Enjoyed staying at Ryan's apartment. Easy self check-in. Great communication. Spotlessly clean, modern furnishings, comfortable bed. Adequate facilities for cooking meals. Light sleepers may find traffic noise bothersome. 7-10 min walk to Petersham station. Easy to get into city by bus and train. Several nice cafes and restaurants close by.

I have to say, when it comes to a good stay it all comes down to the host and Ryan is definitely one of the best I've experienced. The house was definitely located at a great spot with food and cafe easily accessible. It had everything we needed from toiletries to kitchenette. It had central AC which was appreciated as we visited during a hot and humid time. The place was located a busy road but the double glazed windows pretty much sorted that situation for us. Ryan even wanted to go out of his way to buy more stuff for us for our convenience and this shows the care and attention to detail he puts in to his Airbnb and also for the comfort of his guests. This place is highly recommended. book it today and look no further.
