Within the first 2 hours of us arriving to the room, we had to kill 30+ large fire ants, multiple cockroaches (including on the bed), a huge colourful spider, and finally there was a lizard in the room as well. On top of this, the room was not very clean either (dirty floors and kitchen counters) Gregory was considerate enough to temporarily relocate us to another unit, but we had to cancel our long term stay because his only solution was to terminate and move us back in, which we did not feel comfortable with. The team is friendly and responsive, and judging by the other positive reviews, this could be an anomaly. I have stayed in over 30 airbnbs over the years and I never bother to leave negative feedback even if the stay underperformed, but I felt this case had to be made public just so someone in the future does not run into this issue. Again, this was not just a few bugs here and there but it was a full on infestation in a studio apartment.
