we were very much looking forward to our stay. unfortunately the Sea flooded the whole area including the lovely chalet , looking back I feel we are very lucky our little dog woke us. the sea water was extremely cold ,deep and had a strong current. Karen has been so helpful I cannot fault her caring attitude to us.

we had a lovely break we got lost well I did so we arrived very late. we were told we could leave at 1.00 to make up for some of our lost time. do sweet of Karen and thoughtful. thank you

Great little spot for a few days by the coast. Karen was a pleasure to deal with! The chalet is no more than 400m off the beach, albeit it is a shingle beach but there is West Wittering just up the road which is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen. 100% value for money and would definitely recommend

This was our second stay and it was as lovely as we remembered. Very clean and an ideal location on the end of the park.

Great for a mini break. The chalet is well kitted out, loads of pots and cooking faciliities. Nice roamy living room. The bathroom was really clean but quite chilly as ceiling had a vent. Oil heaters took the chill off the other rooms as unfort the weather was very changeable. The park is excellent to access the beach and nearby rspb Medmerry. Karen was a delight to communicate with and very helpful as my plans had to change. Glad of the milk in the fridge to greet me as needed a cuppa! My dog loved having her outside deck and managed a sun bathe inbetween showers. Dogs, check out the agility course, such fun!
