Clean and cozy apartment in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The apartment had all the amenities I was looking for while traveling and close to work which is why I chose to stay here. Richard is responsive and very easy to to do business with. Highly recommend and have already booked my next stay.

I am still currently here but ive been here for a month now. I want to start off by saying im a 6'4 300lb guy. The place is in a nice location. Literally 10min from Kroger and all major fast food places. And 5min from the dixie highway which is loaded with restaurants and all sorts of shops. My room issues: The TV is too small for the size of the living room. The foot rest is very hard. havent checked out the couch or love seat. the bed is...ok. I'm used to my firm memory foam bed back home haha. But overall the place does what i need it to do. It has inroom washer and dryer which is a big plus. The shower has a sit down area. There are very little pots and pans just an fyi. You may need to bring your own or get some. But he has plenty of glasses, plates and utensils. Everything in the kitchen works fine. Overall im enjoying my stay here. The cost is ok. Ive stayed at bigger places for less elsewhere but i dont mind paying more since Richard is a very good host who will work with you and help you out. The guy even stopped by to bring a package in because i was afraid it might get lost while atwork. Once my project ends, if im ever back this way, richard will be the first person i reach out to.
