The only reason why I say 4 on the cleaning is the floors Could have been cleaned better. And upon arrival to the right of the door is a large pile of dog poop bags that should’ve been cleaned up. I do not own a dog and do not want to see that when I come to a place that I am paying to stay at. Communication, when I ask a question that requires just a simple yes or no answer I expect to get an answer. I left my 10 year-old at home. Who ignores me when I ask questions I don’t like to be ignored. A Simple NO would’ve been sufficient. No explanation needed it’s your home. I just expect as an adult talking to another adult that I would get an answer. I asked 4 times, even asked if she got the message!!! The place itself was beautiful, comfortable, & Homie. Beautiful views!! It rained the entire weekend we were there, so we were pretty much just locked in. Some of the rules were not followed by the previous guest. Hopefully I’m not held accountable to them.

We really enjoyed our stay at Moondance! The location exceeded our expectations – it is perched on a mountain top in a neighborhood of charming cabins. We traveled to the area for a work-related event in Moorefield and it was worth the commute to stay in such a charming home/cabin. Nancy was flexible and accommodating and we'll definitely look up Moondance if we find ourselves in the area again!

The house was very clean and everything was as described! Check in was super easy. Loved the home’s seclusion and the stunning views. Would totally stay there again!
