We enjoyed staying at Erik's accommodation. It is in the centre of Arundel, yet in a peaceful location. There are extra radiators in some rooms to ensure guests are kept warm. However, with it being a period property, there are several things that caused us inconvenience including the tiny sink in the bathroom with a shelf placed inconveniently above it; the almost horizontal spray from the shower; and the dark and uninviting living room with TV in the basement. The lack of a mirror and shelving in all bedrooms was disappointing. There was also a lot of dust on many surfaces. It was very kind of Erik to provide us with a bottle of Prosecco.

Well appointed and quirky accommodation with tasteful decor and furnishings. Thoughtful touches such as Prosecco on arrival and water by the bed. A plethora of interesting books was nice too. The location is perfect as central to everything Arundel offers and nearby parking can be found. I think the property is ideal for summer stays as presented a few challenges with the colder than average snap this spring. The snug is only really suitable for a maximum of four but overall a great stay thank you.

We had a great stay at The Old Pub. Arundel is a beautiful town and Tarrant Street is a great location. We wanted somewhere to base ourselves for walking on the South Downs and which had a choice of places to eat and drink. We made the most of several of the local pubs and restaurants on Tarrant Street itself which we thought were all good. Parking needed a bit of juggling but we managed to find a couple of spaces less than 100m from the property. The bedrooms in the Old Pub were comfortable and clean and Erik was very responsive to a couple of queries we raised with him.

A beautiful house right in the centre of Arundel. Lovely, comfortable accommodation, tastefully-adapted period property. The cave-den downstairs with TV was a greatly appreciated by the kids.

We had a wonderful stay at Erik's place. We were a group of friends visiting for a wedding and it fitted our needs perfectly. Erik made check in very easy and it was great to be welcomed with a bottle of prosecco. Loved the snug, the radio and the quirks of the home. Nice bedding. Would definitely recommend staying here!
