Dawn’s place was great for our stay in Omaha! Convenient location with a car or using an Uber/Lyft. Communication was also great! Definitely recommend!

It is a fairly cute place, with a decent back yard especially if you have a pet. We had a couple issues that will most likely not be issue moving forward. There was a couple small gas leaks upon arrival which we called Gas company and they put a bandaid on it until it could be fixed in the next couple days. Gas comp said the detectors were not working and it felt like the host kept explaining how that couldn’t really be true. I was merely relaying the info MUD gave. I was not going to keep going back and forth about it as I was on vacation spending time with family. None of the beds were comfy but Ive been told that’s kinda common for a Airbnb. The blinds in the living room were falling apart as the stick in the middle would slide rite off while trying to open it. I think the biggest issue was a box of oatmeal in the kitchen cupboard that had been chewed on by mice. Hole through the box and package with mouse droppings on that shelf. I took pictures but didn’t mention it
