The place was wonderful with a gorgeous view of the ocean! We greatly enjoyed the area, the free use of bikes, and the very friendly neighbors. We would love to stay here again and greatly recommend it! :)

My wife and I visited for our anniversary. The location was perfect and the unit was exactly what we were looking for.

I've never written a negative review. We walked in to a strange, unfresh smell. It was hot. Although we turned the AC to 68, it had only dropped to 78 from 80 degrees after 30 minutes. The listing photos depict shots of all 4 units, instead of the 1 unit we rented. The photos fail to show that the furnishings were old, with dirty white wicker chairs, & an outdated fridge with mold or a marred finish on the outside. The TV stand was a small nightstand from the 1970's. The couch was worn out, covered up by an ill-fitting slipcover. Pool and laundry facility were several blocks away. Ocean view consists of a glass front door. The parking was in an unpaved alley, less than a foot clearance on each side. We called and politely asked if there were other options for us, but were told this was the best and that they could not offer anything that they thought would satify me, which made me feel horrible. We left the unit and cancelled, forfeiting an entire week's fee to stay in a hotel.

Great views and great location. Had everything we needed to play at the beach and cook meals when we wanted to stay in. We will definitely stay here again.
