Pros:1. It's in the center of the Calangute area.2. Budget-friendly. Cons:1. Bedsheets will smell of cat piss. When we looked in the ground floor reception area, cats were sleeping on the white bedsheets.2. Room and corridor seem okay on the listing page. But they were small.3. The starting of the road leading to that hotel is littered with garbage. Host Behavior:On Day 1, we found that the room is not as per our expectations and thought of moving out. We spend the night and canceled the booking at around 7:41 AM on the next day. Few minutes after that the attendant asked me to vacate the room at their standard check-out time at 10:00 AM. We were okay with that. But the Host pings me at 8:36 AM and asked me to check out immediately or else to pay for another day. When we said about the standard checkout, we were told to contact Airbnb support. Due to repeated messages, we had to do a check-out at 8:54 AM. If someone cancels the booking at the midnight, I believe Yogesh will ask to do a check-out instantly. Unfortunately, Airbnb policies were not clear in this regard. Please note that Airbnb had deducted two nights for our one-night stay.
It was a very pleasant stay in this property. I would definitely recommend the property to my friends and family. Just contacted property owner for early check-in and he allowed. I am very thankful to the owner.
Good Value for money. Nearby you get everything from cheap and very good breakfast restaurant ( opp. declathon lane) to costly fine dine. Candolim is nearly 700-800 meters away ( opp. declathon lane). Room size is medium but at this rate i guess ok. working tv is in room , big freeze on floor for everyone to keep there things. etc

I really loved the stay and the host was very polite and nice to us.We even asked for late check-out and based on availability he allowed us. Even the location is perfect near Calangute beach and it's not far from main road...and evrything is available nearby.The best thing is the view from the room which is really awsome.I highly recommend this place to evryone.
