Grande zona giorno cucina-pranzo-salotto, terrazzo lato mare di mq 50 con totale unica vista mare e piscina di m. 15 x 4,5; 3 camere da letto matrimoniali, 2 bagni con doccia rifinitissimi (uno interno ad una camera); terrazzo lato ovest di 40 mq affacciato sulla campagna. Pavimenti pietra, soffitti travi di legno. Aria condizionata. Location unica per bellezza e vista panoramica. Uscita A14 Fermo-Porto S.Giorgio La casa è interamente affacciata sul mare, posizione unica sulla costa sud in territorio di Fermo. Le spiagge più vicine (libere e attrezzate) distano 3-4 minuti in macchina. Ristrutturazione recente, ogni comfort. Grande piscina m. 15 x m. 4,5 affacciata sul mare.

location mozzafiato. una casa grande,accogliente e pulita con due terrazzi e una vista da lasciare senza parole. Maria Vittoria è gentilissima e disponibile con consigli sui luoghi vicini. ci ha consigliato una spiaggia bellissima dove abbiamo trovato tranquillità e un bel mare. super consigliato

We had a wonderful stay at La casa sull'Adriatico. The house exceeded our expectations and Maria was a delightful host.
Beautiful location w/views over the sea from atop a hill. Lovely little pool and grounds. Maria was very positive and replied quickly and to the point. The apt itself is well appointed with both modern conveniences and quirky touches. Maria also left us some watermelon and a bottle of wine, lovely gestures. Overall very comfortable and pleasant stay, would stay again and recommend to others. There was a slowdown in the internet for most of our stay, as we were out of the house most of the time this didn’t bother us too much.
We had a lovely week in this house with the most fantastic view you van think of. Maria is a very relaxed host.
