Just back from a weeks stay here...wow! It was easy to find and in a great location. The property was to an extremely high standard, very clean and tidy with a real homely feel. Kirsten and Ben were great hosts and really make it a personal stay. Super lovely touch with an egg hunt for the kiddies, went down a treat! Honestly could not recommend this place enough. Thank for making our stay so perfect.

Just got home from a week at Kirsten’s house in Bude and I wish we could have stayed longer! Kirsten was so responsive and helpful with the information she provided prior to and on check in day. She answered our calls and checked in throughout the week. The house itself is an absolute gem and Kirsten really does spoil you with wonderful little touches throughout. It had everything and more. The house was brilliant for my 2 young children who were entertained constantly when we were in with the play room, games, craft, the trampoline - all a HUGE benefit when the weather was bad! The location of the house is also fab, we walked into town, to the beach and the playground (so close) at least once a day if not more. Kirsten - thank you for making our holiday one of the best, even with the questionable weather, we loved our time because of your house.

We had a wonderful week staying in Bude. The house was spectacular in every way. Immaculate and well kitted out with everything we could need, making it very easy to settle in this home from home. The house was the perfect location to town meaning parking hassles were avoided. We can’t wait to come back and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

AMAZING PROPERTY!! Stayed for a week with 4 adults, 3 kids and 4 dogs and it was absolutely perfect. The property is just fantastic, so well laid out with so much to do, kids were never bored. Secure garden for dogs with an amazing hot tub which was a real treat in the evening after a day of surfing. Nice walk to town centre and easy stumble back. The best place I've stayed in for a family and dogs by far. Hosts were superb and made us feel so welcome. We can't wait to come back.

From the minute we stepped inside, we were in Love with Kirsten & Bens house, It was so modern & spacious. It had everything we needed, in the kitchen, bathrooms & bedrooms. Kirsten, had put lots of little things for us to eat & drink, and some lovely big sunflowers, which were all a great touch. There were toiletries in the bathrooms, shampoos, wipes, toothbrushes etc, it was really thoughtful. We really appreciated everything she did. She was always in touch, & very responsive. Our grandson loved the children’s room, especially the swing car, which he loved whizzing around on, there were lots of toys, games & books, a tv, a comfy little sofa to sit on, & he loved the giant bean bag. We didn’t get to go in the jacuzzi, or play table tennis, as the weather wasn’t very good. If we ever go back to Bude, we would definitely stay at Kirsten & Bens house again. Thank you so much..
