This was a fantastic stay and the host sorted everything for our late arrival. The static caravan was exactly as described and very clean and spacious. Given the price I paid and what we got I'd highly recommend a visit here. Brilliant!

We greatly enjoyed staying in the caravan. It was clean and warm with everything we needed and had a great view from the front window. It also didn't feel too crowded in and had a bit of space around it. We greatly enjoyed the amenities found at the caravan park - there was loads to do and all great value.

When we arrived to check in from 16:00 we were told our accommodation wasn’t ready and were told to wait in the bar. I queued back up at the bar a further 2 times to ask if our accommodation was ready. No apology was given. Our details and phone number were on file therefore why couldn’t we be called to say there would be a delay. We stopped at a local supermarket on the way and had frozen food in our car which was out for an extra 1hr and 20 mins due to not getting the keys to our accommodation until 17:20. Then to top it off the airbnb description was incorrect. It describes “Take a break in Prideaux 2. A 3- bedroom modern caravan with a beautiful and comfortable master, double and cosy twin bedrooms and along with a contemporary shower room.” I tried contacting the host 3 times and in Airbnb it says a response time of 1 hour. We have checked out today and still had no reply. I am extremely disappointed and I would not stay here again and would not recommend Hoseasons.

the caravan was extremely clean and amazing value for money our children loved the pool and soft play on site
