Everybody was super nice. It was perfect. It was like we was forced into giving tips everywhere we went from the luggage to the events ) lol . Only problem I had was the lady double booked our spa and I had to pay twice for a service we only received once. They said because we didn’t cancel but I tried to tell her we didn’t schedule it in the first place so that was awful. She can barely understand me. Poor English as expected. The place itself was beautiful everywhere. We had a great host with no surprises we are definitely coming back here.

Good spot to stay when planning a last minute trip while on a budget, hotel was nice all inclusive was definitely worth it. Only thing I would look into more is transportation if you’ll be going out to explore a lot beyond the resort. Great for the price !

I loved every second here at this resort, getting the all inclusive package was the best choice I made the resort is beautiful and the staff decorated the room for my birthday which was a very nice touch! The view was amazing and everyone was so nice. I’m definitely coming back
