It was cool for me and a group of 4 people. We didn’t spend much time in the house but when we did we felt safe. The host communicated very well and was overly accommodating.
This place wasn’t the best. the first night we were met with cockroaches that were alive in the kitchen. The next day we found some dead in the kitchen. I reached out to Angel and she wanted to know whether they were dead or alive and wanted me to take photos. I guess to show proof of them? I did not enjoy taking photos of cockroaches, it was disgusting, but I did and sent them to her. She said she would let someone know, but that’s all that came of it. Nothing about additional cleaning, or much of anything really? Thank goodness we planned to eat out for every meal because I would not want to cook in that kitchen. The area was okay.. the pool and the inside of the property are just older and more run down than what the photos show. Security and gated property was nice, but one of the guards fell asleep multiple times and we had to ring the bell several times to be let in. Overall, not worth the price… I am not a fan of all inclusives but next time that’s what I will do.

Good place as described. Tho the area is facing water shortage, angel was always helpful.
We were nervous to book this house because it seemed too good to be true and there were like no reviews. We wanted a bigger place to have our family with privacy and security close to the beach. Angel host was amazing at communicating with us and answering all our questions. The house was great. 3 master bedrooms all with AC units and bathrooms. The security guards were so friendly and helpful. We made friends with a couple of them. The grounds are well taken care of and the pools are cleaned daily. We had one of the pools to ourselves all week which my 4 year old LOVED. It’s a quick walk to the beach. You can walk for miles and there is a little beach bar we found where you can order $6 drinks on the beach. The first 2 days we didn’t have a car, then quickly realized we needed one with our kids. There is a grocery store you can walk to but with a baby and 4 year old it was hard to haul everything back. Costco/walmart is like a 20 minute drive. Highly recommend for big family!

The townhome is in a prime part of the Hotel Zone (in front of the Ritz Carlton Hotel) which is considered the heart of Cancun, lined with all-inclusive resorts, international restaurants, brand-name shopping & sandy beaches. Nearby you’ll find:

The townhome is 17.8 km/11 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) -- about a 19-20-min drive.
When you arrive at the property, if you’re arriving by car, there is a reserved spot for one vehicle for your convenience. Some of the best restaurants and attractions are within walking distance but in Cancun it’s best to have a rental car as it’s very large and spread out. If you have sightseeing or activity further away and you don’t want to drive you could go by taxi, bus or by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans).
