New upscale single family home built in 2021 includes four bedrooms, 4 queen beds, plus a very comfortable fold out couch, and three full baths. We are located just three miles from downtown Naples and many of the gulf beaches. You get all the amenities without the downtown prices. Our pool is complete and ready for use! The lanai around it is a comfortable place to rest and relax. Please check out the pictures. There is ample parking on our driveway, so please do not park on the street. We have added many kitchen items, as well as bikes and beach gear. The pool and screen cage is now finished! Its a great space we think our guests will enjoy. As a single family home, there are no other guests to worry about so you can be assured of privacy for you and yours. We hope that you will love this home as much as we do, and help us to make sure we add whatever is needed to make your stay as memorable as possible.

Beautiful home - and we especially loved the pool and lanai area to hang out outside. Brenda and Bernie communicated well and responded quickly when I had questions. It was very well equipped and comfortable. We really appreciated all of the extras - beach chairs and towels, pool loungers, bikes, and so on. It was also a great location. We would love to return in the future!
This is a true five star AirBNB and certainly the nicest one we’ve stayed at over the years. The house is new, spotless and very comfortable. The kids absolutely adored the pool. We really appreciated all the extras that came with the place (coolers, umbrella and chairs for the beach - to name just a few). And we had a blast using the bikes that are also provided. World class beaches within 10 minutes driving, 20 minutes on the bikes. The location was perfect for us. We are already planning our next visit! Thanks Bernie and Brenda!
I absolutely love this place. Charming and a hidden gem. We were in town for one of our daughter’s many soccer tournaments, about 18 minutes away. The inside of the home is beautiful and the landscaping is as well. The host made us feel comfortable, continuously checked on our needs, and responded quickly if we had any questions. The home is comfortable and warming enough to never leave while visiting Naples and just enjoy the pool, amenities, and the weather. I cannot wait to go back and visit. I hope it is available when I return to Naples.
You couldn’t ask for better hosts then Brenda and Bernie. They go the xtra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and at home . There home is brand new and kept exceptionally clean . I would highly recommend renting from them and look forward to returning

We are biking distance to many area attractions. You will note that we are very near the Naples airport, don't let that worry you. The main runways do not go over this area, although one of the auxiliary runways does, which they do occasionally use. This is a private airport, so unless you own a plane, you probably won't be flying in here. They only fly during the day, and it can be fun to go and watch from an observation deck on the south west side of the airport. That's also on the bike path that leads through the mangroves, Bakers Park, and on to the city street to beach. Very pretty bike ride. I highly recommend it. Note that there is a "Greenway" for bikes along the street from Baker Park to the beach. These are extremely low volume traffic streets, as most Naples traffic travels on the main roadways. You can lock the bikes up right at the end of the street when you get to the beach.
We have parking on site for 3-4 cars easily. Please do not park on the street. Send us a message if you think you will have more vehicles coming.
We have four full size bikes and one child bike, plus a burley in the garage along with beach supplies that you are welcome to use. There will be plenty of space in the garage to keep them secure when you are home, when out and about please use lock, the code is 5152. Bikes work best for the beach, because parking is a premium downtown, but riding a bike to Naples Beach is all flat, about a 3 mile bike ride through some beautiful parkland, and some downtown streets. Baker Park is half way, they have a large play area, and a water splash pad for the little ones. If you need more bikes there are some available for rental in town.
Uber is always available, of course. If you have a car, there are some beaches that offer easy parking for a nominal fee, our personal favorite is Clam Pass Beach.
