This was our first time coming to Atlanta and L’Anni made us feel right at home. This was the perfect size and location for our getaway. Beautiful home with great design elements that really created a little sanctuary in the middle of a city. This had all the amenities we needed and the sauna was a nice surprise. Highly recommend!

We rented L’Anni’s cottage as an intown getaway for our wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect. My now-husband (!) enjoyed using this as a landing pad for his groomspeople to get ready the day of the wedding and it was a perfect place to retreat after a fun-filled day full of joy. The next morning, we had coffee on the private back patio, listened to the birds and reminisced on our wedding day. The cottage is extremely thoughtfully appointed with everything you may need and the special touches (sauna! giant shower! Coffee bar) bring it above and beyond. There is even a friendly neighborhood cat that came to say hi to us on the patio! The cottage is centrally located in the heart of kirkwood but feels like a true retreat. Highly recommend for anyone intown looking to get away from the bustle of ATL traffic or a perfect home for anyone visiting our city. Thank you, L’Anni!

Great accommodations, location and host. Everything you need inside, easy access to best parts of Atlanta, and sweet neighborhood for keeping things close. What more could you ask for?!

We decided at the last minute to do a quick getaway that was close but secluded and L’anni’s place fit the bill. It was easy to book, she was a great, friendly and proactive host. Her space was laid out thoughtfully, clean and comfortable. The sauna was a nice touch and enjoyed having it, thoroughly. I definitely would recommend this place.

Really enjoyed this adorable place. The indoor and outdoor space was incredibly relaxing. The host is so responsive and helpful. Great location, it’s a must stay if you are going to be in the area. I have already booked another stay :)
