We stay at Palm Cove often and have never had a problem so it is with great disappointment that I am writing this review. Upon arrival to the room we noticed small tiny bugs all over the kitchen area and spider webs with spiders in them in the corner of at least 4 walls. We were mortified that the ceilings were covered in mold in the main kitchen/living area and the master bedroom. Cockroaches were also found under the bed and in the cupboard of the second bedroom. We avoided staying in the apartment as much as possible. When we brought it up with the people who were managing the property there was no accountability shown whatsoever. Instead we were told that “the apartment was inspected prior to your stay and there was no mold” It almost felt like we were bothering her with our concern. I would strongly suggest a different team to manage this property. We have stayed in this exact apartment before (when it was run through Peppers) and our stay was spectacular. Such a shame

Great spot on palm cove with ocean view & spa on deck. Actually two rooms with connected foyer but front decks not connected. A little dated but very comfortable, good air con. Great to have use of the peppers pool which is lovely, warm, has a swim-up bar & a great sand area for kids.

Great location for Palm Cove, across the road from the beach and upstairs from all the restaurants and cafes. Nice and clean, very spacious (we did get adjoining rooms). Good view of the ocean

Beautiful location, views and amazing resort pool. Large sized unit perfect for families. Looking forward to visiting again!
