This is the 2nd year we stayed there. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything you need is there and very well marked. Very clean! Will be back for sure!

What a great find! Wonderfully clean and comfortable, with a picturesque back brook and few minute drive to fantastic trails. Minnie has organized - and labeled! - everything you could possibly need to make finding things most convenient. Spacious rooms, comfortable accommodations. A short (~5min) drive to a historic trail with various waterfalls. Friendly community was very welcoming. While we didn't get to partake on a winery tour (darn kiddos in tow :), we did make it to Penn Ye for great meals. And it gives us adults reason(s) to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was nearby many fabulous wineries (we loved Keuka Springs) yet it was private and in a countryside setting. Minnie is very sweet and accommodating and the place is extremely clean. Plenty of room to spread out and beds and furniture are comfortable, as well. Easy to find and check in was a breeze. No crazy cleaning fee and little to do for checkout so it was a great deal! We will be back when we return to the Finger Lakes.

We had a work crew of 6 people staying here for over 8 weeks and the stay was great the whole time Thank you Minnie !

We absolutely loved our stay here! From the labeled kitchen cabinets to the clear instructions on using appliances, the owners clearly care about guests having the best experience possible. The home was spotless and very comfortable throughout. We had a slight issue (not the owner's fault) and Minnie took immediate action to follow up and get it resolved. Any and all AirBnB hosts could take a lesson from Minnie's handbook! Can't say enough great things about this experience and would happily return.
