A great place to stay to be immersed in Mauritian life away from the resorts. La Gaulette is well placed for exploring The Black River Gorge and fabulous beaches at Le Morne. The room was spacious and well tended every couple of days by a very good housekeeper. Thank you very much to all the beautiful Mauritian people who made us so welcome.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ben ist ein super Gastgeber, war jederzeit erreichbar und konnte auch in kürzester Zeit zusätzlich einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung stellen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Beau logement propre. À moins de 5 min de la plage. Route passante, mais la cour est à l’arrière donc sans trop de bruit. Je le recommande sans hésiter.

Well equipped, clean apartment with nice balcony (we could see The Mourne). Beautiful red whiskered bulbuls visit and will steal your toast if you aren't alert. Recommend having transport as it's a fairly long walk to restaurants. Some good walks nearby.
