We had NO running water for multiple days! No electricity for multiple days! The construction noise was SO LOUD! It’s not “some noise” its 12 hours a day, 7 days a week and LOUD! I was constantly getting things fixed - every day something wasn’t working. No AC in 1 bdrm for 5 days, no running water for a total of 8 days- we literally had to put water in the toilets to make them flush, no electricity for multiple dates; the outdoor sensor lights were broken first 2 weeks, gate lock broken, pool filter would constantly break and need to be reset, no hot water in kitchen, no hot water in any of the showers, when we didn’t have running water we couldn’t do the dishes so had to eat out; a major leak in ceiling of a bedroom leaking over the bed, my guests had to move the bed. That repair took multiple days. There was no availability to move - we had 6 people, only availability was $1,500/night and that only accommodated 4 people. NOT AS ADVERTISED

Casa Canopy was everything we dreamed of and more! The space was beyond beautiful and tranquil. We truly felt like we woke up in paradise every morning. Everything was either a short drive or walk from the house, and the beach was an easy and gorgeous 10-minute walk. The management team was extremely helpful, communicated very well, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. This space was ideal for our group of 8 and Nosara itself was the perfect getaway. We will definitely be back!

A great property for a small group. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly, helpful, and flexible. Know that this area doesn't have much in the way of infrastructure - lots of construction going on this time of year (June) and the roads are ROUGH. You can walk most places in 20 minutes, but having a car would be very helpful. 2 of the rooms are not connected internally to the main house, so they have to go outside to get up with the rest of the space. The main kitchen is also detached, so when it rains that can be inconvenient. However, this property is located well, comfortable, clean, and very nice. The pool is not heated. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and Alba was so attentive, accommodating and helpful with everything. Always checking in to be sure we had everything we needed and to see how they could assist. Set us up with a fishing trip that was a huge hit with our guys! This is our second time in Nosara and we loved every minute of it. There was a cute little Coati family that visited one afternoon and monkeys that were around as well. The neighbors were also very nice and helpful. The whole town of Nosara is so incredible and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful trip - we will be back! ❤️
