Great location and inside has been perfectly renovated and the workmanship shows. The only downside if I had to mention one is the carpeted stairs where you need to remove your shoes before walking up the staircase, but we knew about this ahead of time and Steve communicates this in his description. The upstairs is hardwood floors and if the steps had been the same, I think this would have been a great thing, but I certainly understand why you would want to have folks remove their shoes with Alaskan weather before they walk on carpet. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and all of the utensils came in very handy. Parking is great and Steve has Nest cameras surveilling the area, so there is a sense of security. It was also very easy to commute on the highways as it is very close, but yet far enough away that there is no noisy highway. This was our first ever AirBnB and we were very pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay here again and recommend Steve’s place.

I stayed here for a week while my daughter was attending a sport’s competition. The location was great with easily accessible amenities close by. The bed was so comfortable, I have never slept so well away from home! Overall, this was the perfect place for me to be based out of for the week! Steve was flexible with check-out which made my last day even more enjoyable. I definitely recommend this place when you’re in the area!
