Words can not express how wonderful Michelle’s place is. We rented it for our daughter’s family. Everything was spectacular! Well designed condo space, beautiful views of the marina nestled near iconic RT US1. Walkable to everything! Sightings of dolphins, manatees, rocket launches and birds galore just steps away. We love this place!

This place was great. Very clean, and had everything you need. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets, which I always appreciate! The location is great as well. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Melbourne!

Absolutely perfect place for a “sisters retreat.” Nestled near the iconic US1, overlooking a gorgeous marina, and surrounded with Florida beauty. We loved this beautiful space and found everything lovely. Lots of thoughtful touches such as beach chairs and umbrellas. We loved the board games! This place is a treasure in the marina but also steps to restaurants, live music, shops, and live theatre. We highly recommend this place. Thank you Michelle for a memorable time.

This place is so stinkin cute and comfy. The location is very walkable. The washer and dryer are not in the unit but are onsite and will cost you $4.00 for a full load. Michelle’s place is stocked with washing powder, beach towels and chairs and just about anything else you may need for the perfect getaway. I opened the windows and it was super breezy as the unit is on the 3rd floor. Nice view, will def stay again.
