Clean and very near beach. Very comfortable furniture. Kitchen was not stocked out but we cooked there with relative ease. Walking distance to restaurants. Spaces very functional for our group of 3yo, 7yo, parents and grandparents with a pup.

This was a great place overall. We found the house to be much more spacious than we anticipated. If you want to be out of the way but still walk/bike it works. It’s several blocks off the one intersection on Butler that has a stoplight (after you make the sharp turn to the main part of beach that runs north and south). This makes walking across Butler even easy and safe. The walk from the front door to your toes in the water is 12.5 minutes (I timed it) which sounds much further than it feels. Our 4 year old had no issue walking. I do recommend a pull wagon for your beach items. Wonderfully, there were two provided (along with countless chairs and other beach items) by the rental. The porch swing and outdoor TV was a lot of fun. Our kids loved watching a movie outside. It was decently clean. I’ve seen better and worse. For a place that allows pets, it’s probably as good as can be expected. The check in time at 5pm was later than preferred. We would definitely stay again.
