use this if you wish... Overall good! Great! I stayed in this room for a complete month. check in for me was a bit of a mystery, Eddie you may want to expand your directions to your guests. For instance, instructions to lock the house when leaving the house. >no Big Deal<

Eddie was great with communication and check-in was super simple . The room was large, and I enjoyed the space. It is not in the best area of Birmingham, but the house is safe and clean. I enjoyed my experience here and would definitely stay again.

This house is very clean and well-kept. Eddie does a great job accommodating to your needs and ensuring everything is taken care of. It is near UAB college, top golf , and near the interstate.

Eddie’s place is a great spot to explore Birmingham from. I stayed for 10 days on a work trip and have nothing but good stuff to say. The rooms a spacious. There is a full kitchen. Everything is clean and comfortable. From the location it is easy to hop on I65 to get anywhere quickly. I would definitely stay again.
