Carolina y su espacio son maravillosos, el lugar perfecto muy bien ubicado y Carolina siempre con la más linda disposición de hacer nuestra estadía muy agradable.

Long time month to month user. Pros: -Great location, safe with plenty of cafes/restaurants nearby. Quiet, tucked away from traffic. -Spacious, maybe the size of two studios with high ceilings. -Considerate host, plenty of touches that show the host cares. Welcome snacks, stocked spices/oils, and holiday themed decorations. -Emaculately clean, whoever cleaned the place deserves praise. -Nice washing machine in the room, not in any of the photos. Cons: -Internet was finicky. Decent speed, able to stream and hold video calls easily. The speed would drop randomly, not common but enough to wonder what was happening. -Desk chair was ok, plastic bucket style. -Cold, the thermostat was locked and heat only turned on at night. I'm sure if I had messaged the host to change things they would have. No sunlight as it's on too low of a floor and surrounding buildings block it. Private though, no neighbors had a view in. I highly recommend this apartment. For the value/location it's great.
