I had a perfect weekend getaway. It is a little incovenient with the lock outside of the apartment, but besides that it was exactly what I was looking for. There was a large swimming pool, private beach access, shower was clean and they actually had some shampoo/conditioner in the closet for you (I bought my own because I didn't see it). The bed was very comfortable and the couch as well with access to tv/netflix. The balcony was very nice to sit outside with a perfect view of the water. Being a single woman I felt safe in the complex. It was very convenient grocery store 5 min walk away, good restaurants down the street. I am extremely happy with my stay! I highly recommend.

We have stayed at Rafael’s condo twice now and love it! Beautiful location in Condado. Quick Uber / drive to old San Juan , steps from the beach, and a beautiful balcony view. We hope to come back again soon! Thanks for hosting us 😊

Rafael was extremely responsive and gave great direction. This location is walking distance to many places to eat , cafes , pharmacy’s , bars and more. The Beach is literally in your backyard.

Great location, walkable to many restaurants and stores. Raphael was very responsive and the few items that were missing (blankets, working air mattress) he quickly addressed. If you are looking for a high end AIRBNB, this may not be for you. But if you want a great location for a family that has a stocked kitchen, I would recommend. While the padlock on the door was a but cumbersome, it is highly secure. Would have been nice if all the sliding windows on the patio could be opened to view the ocean, but its an older building so it’s not perfect. Overall it’s a great value for the location and on the beach.
