Everything we needed for visiting Kenyon College. Home was as described and clean. Living room was comfortable for watching TV. Kitchen was well stocked although we didn’t cook. We slept well and loved waking up to the sound of the birds. The host was very nice and considerate. Thank you Max.

The property was fine, though not excellent. One of the bedrooms did not have a door knob nor did it have blinds or curtains. With it being very dark outside, this was uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean though there was still some indications left of previous guests. The property has great potential for those visiting Kenyon College but is a few things away from being outstanding.

Max is a kind, responsive, and flexible host. Everything worked out as planned, he helped us with arrival and departure times, and has a great workspace. The place is cozy, has comfortable beds, and a well equipped kitchen. Location close to campus is perfect for college parents. I’d stay there again and can highly recommend Max’s house.
