Charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin! Just a 0.3-mile walk from Midtown, the property offers all the comforts of home, plus a furnished deck with a private hot tub and gas grill. Whether you're in town to go golfing at Cree Meadows Public Golf Course across the street, watch the horse races at The Downs or have an adventure in Lincoln National Forest nearby, you'll love having this comfortable home to return to. Fireplace is currently not working. NOTE... this cabin is on a busy street. Check-in is at 4:00pm Check-out is at 11:00am Laundry: Put all used towels in the tub/showers and leave used beds unmade. Wi-Fi: Wifi is offered at the cabin but we cannot guarantee service. We are not responsible for outages or slow internet speeds. We are a small village with limited access. There are several things that can cause service to be out some include snow storms, high winds, or internet service maintenance. If traveling and need internet for work/school we suggest bringing a hotspot with you. If service is out please contact me to see if there's a chance I can help. Smoking: Cabin North is strictly a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is prohibited inside/outside the cabin. Outdoor fires: NO outdoor fires are permitted on or around our property. No fire-pits. No bomb fires. No fire. We are a village in the forest and we need to respect the land and keep all our beautiful trees standing. Pets: No pets allowed Quiet time: Quiet hours are between 11:00pm and 8:00am. Please respect our neighbors. If complaints are received you my lose your reservation and be asked to leave. Trash: All trash must be placed in a secured bag into the tan dumpster that are a couple houses down in front of the golf course. The cabin is not assigned to one so you can use which you'd like. The closest one to Brady Cabin is located two houses down on the right if you're looking at the house. Do not leave trash outside the house at any time. When putting it in the tan trash pin be sure to secure the lid when you're done.
