The house was spacious, clean, and very convenient to the beach! The only downfall was the AC was not cooling. It stayed 75-80 in the home. We called maintenance for help and they did send a tech out that evening. He was able to get it to call overnight to around 74 however the next day it was back up to close to 80.

It’s a good property and a great one for the days with bad weather. Very close to beach. There is a additional fee to use the heated pool, which must be notified couple of days in advance, which was a bummer as we did same day booking. My recommendation would be drop the wine and water bottles and provide free pool and if you can, add under the sink water filter that would be helpful for all guests

The location is good. It's very close to Walmart and walking distance to the beach. But the check in time is to late (5pm) and check out time to early (9am). Compared to other places we have stayed they were the least flexible. It would have been nice if we could have at least been able to use the pool while the place was being cleaned but we weren't allowed.

The home was amazing! Beautiful home beautiful view of the area and close to everything. The beach was right across the street. The home was very clean and it felt like home. My family and I evacuated from Louisiana because of hurricane Ida and this property made us comfortable and refreshed. The hosts were very sweet and gave me all the information I needed. They were very understanding and they made me feel at home. This home was enough space for my family and more. This is by far the best rental I’ve stayed in and I’d definitely stay again. IT WAS NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING AND I APPRECIATE THE HOSTS FOR BEING SO SWEET AND HELPFUL!!
