The SIC cottage is in a fantastic location. A block from the beach and boardwalk, and walking distance to church, restaurants and stores. Great private patio. The family residence is next store to the cottage and everyone is so nice and friendly. They will give you tips on restaurants and things both locals and tourists do. Highly recommended.

My family and I had a wonderful week at this beautiful downtown beach cottage. It is centrally located so close to the beach, boardwalk and shops. The place was very roomy and comfortable for 3 adults, two little kiddies and a dog. The private patio area is lots of fun with live music coming from The Point (a nearby bar). Daniel is a very accommodating host. I highly recommend this listing and will be coming back here for more great Jersey shore memories.

Absolutely worth the money. We had a wonderful time and great experiences with Daniel’s family! The cottage is thoughtfully planned out and very clean. It’s steps away from the beach which is great for families with young children. I think we found our yearly shore vacation place from now on!

This house was truly PRIME location! It is certainly cozy, but we fit 6 adults and 2 medium-large dogs comfortably. We only had to drive if we were leaving Sea Isle or dropping off recycling. A very quick walk to and from the beach. Amazing. The hosts were extremely responsive to messages - I’m talking 10 minutes or less for a response. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!
