Sounds idyllic, some distant destination, well think again, paradise is just a hop, skip and short 45 min RORO/ferry/speed boat ride away from Mumbai. Coconut groves surround this minimalistic Mediterranean style enclave. Swish rooms and sun filled bathrooms are good for languishing in, but the tree lined pool is hands-down the prettiest spot here. VILLA: Two ensuite bedrooms design built using straight-line uniformity with views of a coconut and betel nut plantation. The cozy living & dining room featuring comfortable sofa seating, overlooks a large private pool. Please note this is a boutique architecturally designed setup, with a standalone private glass living room adjacent to rooms, opening up to the pool- it's not a traditional structure with everything inside one home. Kitchenette has a Refrigerator & Microwave for heating and storing. We were looking for a place to relax , enjoy the beach and local cuisine. The stay gave us all we were seeking - the property is set in a wadi ( plantation) with numerous coconut, mango, betel nut trees . It immediately takes you out from your hectic pace of life to a serene place . The food was tasty and service was good. We shall be back for sure.
We had an amazing time here.. The property is very well made & located.. Service is excellent.. The entire staff is so warm and welcoming, food variety & quality is also really good. Not a single thing we asked for was denied.. Thanks to the Host & Pooja (caretaker at the property) everything was absolutely seamless.. They also have Masseurs on call (Shraddha & Samir are really professional, neat & clean). Overall this has been a fab experience and definitely recommended stay at Alibag! A big thank you to the entire team (online & on site) for all the efforts they put in to make the guest stay & experience a memorable one!
Starting from the booking, Anisha was super helpful to accommodate all our last minute changes and gave us complimentary breakfast as well. Caretaker pooja was thorough in all the instructions and gave all the help that we needed. Coming to the place, this place is so tastefully made, with all things considered. Clean, huge rooms and washrooms, covered by trees from all sides, making it a beautiful private abode. Food was delicious and all the service was very prompt with right amount of enthusiasm. Beach is 2 minutes walkable and slightly away from the main kihim beach, which makes it secluded and perfect spot for sunset. Thank you team Anisha!!
A beautiful peaceful place with very courteous and helpful staff. The house is well kept and clean. We ate all our meals at the property itself.. the food was cooked and served with a lot of love. With lot of open spaces it was a feast for my 2 fur babies 😀 Anisha & her team were always available to help us throughout our trip. Overall a it was great refreshing experience for all of us .
Had an amazing time. Highly recommend 😊👍🏻
