The house is even bigger than it looks in the photos and is delightfully sun-filled. Our group was 4 senior women, high school friends, a mini-reunion. We ate and played games in the lovely dining room, relaxed and chatted in the comfortable living room, slept well. The kitchen was fully stocked and equipped for our needs. Lots of nice amenities like books, magazines, toiletries. Great location to walk to Mineral Point shops and galleries. Be sure to go to the Brewery Pottery gallery a little farther out. Cafe 43 coffeehouse is delicious and cozy.

We have rented numerous places over the years from private vacation rental agencies to AirBnB and this house ranks among the top 10 places. It's better than shown - roomier and lovelier - and communications with the host were great. The beds are comfy, the showers are nice, the sheets are soft and hooray for nice wine glasses. (I can't tell you how many places miss on all of these points). The house is charming, well appointed and the decor and vibe hit that perfect balance of homey and cozy while being both interesting and personal, but not too personal - if that makes sense. I was sad we we weren't staying longer so we have to plan to come back!

This was a great spot for a girl’s weekend. Big and spacious house with a cozy feel as well (living room with a pellet stove & lots of blankets). Right on the main street and walking distance to restaurants, galleries and lots of stores.
