I enjoyed my stay in Sylvanus's place as always. Clean, spacious and well equipped accommodation, comfort at it's best, hospitality is top notch, well secured, infact is home away from home. I highly recommend it for anyone or family vacationing in Lagos and want a comfortable and safe place to stay. Thanks Sylvanus for hosting us, i will surely come back again .Thanks to Mary, the house keeper, she was amazing. I miss u guys.

Service was great, the owner even had a car service from 7a to 7p which was so awesome to have! The home itself was immaculate, a very serene community, great for relaxing. I had such a wonderful get away -could not have asked for a better service -I will be booking again.

This apt is very modern & has updated amenities inside the host Sheri is very helpful n kind n Mary will try and help u in anyway she can going out to get things at the market n cleaning to answering questions she’s very helpful! with that being said the apt we had only a few challenges the tub leaks all over the bathroom floor, there r several power outages I’ve never experienced before in the other 2 times I’ve stayed in Nigeria the WiFi is terrible I had to go get my own pocket WiFi. The mattress’s on the bed r not comfortable I woke up every morning sore. The cctv box would keep beeping after some power interruptions n security said it was fine it’s supposed to be that way well I can sleep through a beeping signal every 5 seconds. The half bathroom downstairs was unusable n the door locked to it n was just told it was broken so every time u needed to relieve yourself u would have to run up the flight of stairs and hope u made it on time. With a slight disability that isn’t so easy all the time. The apt is very remote u can hardly get anything delivered and if u do it takes over an hour to get to u and sometimes they just cancel the order in the middle of processing it. With all the traffic it takes awhile to get anywhere now this is out of the owners control! I was told a driver n car was for rent but when we called for that was told they were busy or it wasn’t possible. I know all the things that I mentioned in the apt will most likely be fixed now that is has been brought to their attention. I’m sure once they develop the area more out there in Lekki 2 it will a lot better. The host was very gracious and let us stay a little past check out time to accommodate our next move and it was much appreciated!
