The pet friendly Cottage is a quaint brick house located at the entrance to Toccoa Falls College, Stephens County Hospital and 1 mile away from Historic Downtown Toccoa. This four bedroom, two bath house can accommodate up to 10 people. (Please note the pricing is for up to four people with extra charges for each guest, over four & pets. This includes infants and children.) This is the perfect place for bridal parties, families, prospective students, parents coming to visit students & couples. The Cottage is a newly renovated 50's house with tiled bathrooms and brick features in several places. Hardwood floors comprise most of the square footage. There are several vintage/period pieces throughout the house that add charm and quaintness.

The Brick Cottage was everything and more we needed!! I couldn’t not stop raving to our friends that attended the wedding with us at the Falls because the convenience of location could not be better!!! I was a little scared on some reviews with the statements about the rules but all of the rules listed were on very little nice signs (not big or overwhelming at all) but they were all understandable rules and a good reminder for us. For example when leaving to up AC on a certain number. Some airbnbs give you a whole list for check out and Cyd’s check out list was perfect!! We loved this place so much and would give it 7 stars if we could!! Cyd and her husband were so responsive even after hours when we had questions! Again we loved them and you will not regret staying here!!!
The Brickhouse was a wonderful place to get together with family for a wedding. There was nothing that we needed. The house was comfortable and plenty of amenities. Such a lovely and comfortable home.

Great place just outside Toccoa! Peaceful spot from a great host!
Cyd was an extremely accommodating host. We had a last minute need the night before my son’s wedding and communicating and working with Cyd was exactly what we needed during this time. My son and his groomsmen were all so comfortable and relaxed. The best part was that the house is right at the entrance to Toccoa Falls which is where the ceremony was.

The Cottage is at the entrance to Toccoa Falls College and Stephens County Hospital and 1.5 miles from historic downtown Toccoa. It is smack in the middle of many hiking trails, waterfalls, wineries and antique stores, all within a 30 mile radius.

Please note: while this cottage has regular pest control treatment, an occasional bug inside due to the amount of trees surrounding the property should be expected.
If the campus is open, it is a great place to walk alone or with a dog on a leash. Adjacent to the property is hiking loop for Stephens County Hospital staff but the public uses it as well. Historic downtown is within walking distance and the downtown is nice to walk in. The historic train station and Band of Brothers Museum are both located in the downtown area.
