Welcome to this charming and spacious 4-bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom cottage nestled in the picturesque foothills of North East Georgia, specifically located in Toccoa, Georgia. Situated on the enchanting shores of Lake Hartwell, this property offers a truly serene and idyllic setting. Conveniently located in the foothills of North East Georgia, this cottage offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life, while still being within close proximity to modern amenities. Our cozy Cottage has been updated with interior paint and expertly furnished with vintage, antique, and custom pieces. Guests will have full access to the entire cottage with ample parking, which includes 3 levels of togetherness. Entertain on a large shaded deck overlooking Lake Hartwell, there you'll find a quaint little sitting area, an outdoor patio table, chairs and a grill to enjoy outdoor dining. Indoors you will find a limited stocked kitchen, and all the comforts to make you feel like you are home, perfect for a family gathering or some quality time with friends. MAIN FLOOR Living room with large sectional couch and 50" TV Queen bedroom with full tub/shower combo ensuite and 43" TV Dining room with seating for 8 Kitchen with all appliances UPSTAIRS Bedroom 2 with two double beds and 43" TV Bedroom 3 with two twin beds Jack & Jill full bathroom with tub/shower combo LOWER LEVEL Second living area with 50" TV, X-Box, Nintendo Game Cube, and lots of games & Movies Bedroom 4 with Queen bed and full tub/shower combo ensuite KITCHEN SMALL APPLIANCES - Keurig Coffee Maker, 4-Slice Toaster, Air Fryer, Electric Kettle, 3-QT Insta Pot (Slow / Pressure Cooker), Blender HEATING & AIR - We have window units upstairs and central heating & air (thermostat controlled) on the main and lower levels TV PROGRAMMING We supply Hulu+Live, Disney+, and ESPN! We supply linens, bed covers supplied for all bedrooms SMALL KITCHEN APPLIANCES Keurig, Air Fryer, Toaster, Blender, Insta pot, Slow cooker HEAD OUTSIDE! For getting closer to nature we are directly on the lake and there is a path that meanders directly to the lake. Spend the day playing on the river with our kayaks or launch your boat at the Stephens County boat launch less than 5 minutes from the Lake House. WATER CRAFT We supply 2x Tandem Kayaks If you would like to bring any kind of watercraft the nearest boat ramp is Spring Branch boat ramp being only 10 minuets away!! LIFE JACKETS 5x Adult Universal 1x Youth BATHROOMS we supply Blow dryer, Shampoo, Conditioner & Shower Gel We supply a GAS GRILL and the propane for your enjoyment. NEIGHBORHOOD DOG Kennedy is the friendly neighborhood dog. She will come to visit, but also understands "go home" :) The Lake levels are maintained by the Army Corp of Engineers. Depending on the month of the year/season, the lake may be at full pool or very low. Even when the levels are low we are situated right on the Tugaloo River Boat ramp: The closest boat ramp is The Stephens County Recreational Area boat ramp and is a 5-minute drive away.

This home is wonderful for a large group! There’s plenty of room for several cars and either family members or friends will find it great! Room to close your door for some rest or sit around the table together! Fun can be had for s’mores by the fire, going out in a canoe or sitting on back deck! We highly recommend this home for a lengthy vacation or a few nights get-a-way!
We were in town to visit Toccoa Falls College - it was very beautiful, convenient, quiet and comfortable. Will stay here again.
Beautiful property. My kids loved the canoes. Our family was comfortable and loved the views. They even made sure the propane tanks were full, which is great because we grilled daily.

This house is absolutely amazing! We live out of state and has to travel due to death in the family. Did not want to stay in hotel. This house is walking distance to lake. Fishing, swimming, boating,etc. House was very clean, no complaints. Kitchen was full of supplies. Everything you would need. Bed linens were very clean. Baseboards just everything was very clean. Easy check in. I can't say enough about this house it was absolutely amazing. We would definitely rent this house again.
