This was our third time staying with Marcus. He never disappoints. The place was amazing as usual. Never get tired of the views. So many outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy!

My family enjoyed watching the boats traveling the inter coastal water, and the big herons and birds from the porches and sun decks that the house has. They also liked the closeness to the community pool and fitness center and restaurant. Then, the beach is within a five minute drive.

This is a very relaxing place with awesome views and 4 outdoor porches. The bugs love me so the screened in porch was my favorite. Watching the golfers on the 17th hole... which was a tough hole. Made it fun to watch! I would definitely stay here again

We had a great stay, loved the layout and cleanliness. Location and surrounding area was very nice and quiet. Easy trip to the beach. Marcus was very responsive and helpful through our stay.

Marcus was a very engaging host who helped with any questions ahead of them and during our stay. We loved this location and space. It was perfect for our family. Our only hesitation in giving it such a great review was fear of so many others know about it. But it’s worth it and Marcus deserves the business!
