Lovely place, very clean and nice linen. Lots do and a great location, you can hear the birds every morning which is lovely.

Kirstins place is BEAUTIFUL - the photos don't do it justice. Our team had a fantastic week staying in her property and we're very comfortable. Kirstin was proactive and friendly and sent all the information we needed quickly and clearly. I would highly recommend her home to anyone for both business and pleasure. Kirstin was a fantastic host, left some goodies out, nice bottle of red & some chocolate, super responsive to any questions too. We arrived early & she was flexible giving us early access to property. The location is spot on, 10 minutes walk into the square with ample bars & restaurants, another 5 minutes to St. Nicholas park with great views of river Avon where you can go boating, the castle & racecourse are even nearer. Would definitely recommend, house was clean, well equipped & location was perfect, would stay again if visiting Warwick.

Our stay at Castle Gate was exactly what we wsnted. A central base for exploring Warick and close to Stratford Upon Avon. You are a stones throw from Warick Castle, and an easy walk to great shops, pubs and resturants. The house itself is comfortable, un cluttered, and spotless, with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Even managed a short time in the very private back garden, fabulous bird spotting, and a bat visitor at dusk! Lovely welcome treats, and great communication from Kirstin. Access to a brilliant visitors app with helpful recommendations. Would love to stay again.
