We were visiting a number of schools in the area and Bill 's property was a fantastic home base. It is a lovely property with quality furnishings. It is clear a lot of thought and attention to detail has been paid to ensure comfortable, functional and homely environment. It is also a great place to enjoy country experience. We strongly recommend to any potential hosts and hope to have a chance to stay here again on any future trip to Warwickshire

We had the perfect stay. Bill was very friendly, approachable and helped us out when it was needed. (We didn't meet Hazel but are sure she is just as lovely). The stables is a well designed place to stay and is beautifully decorated. Thank you so much!

Used this property as a place to sleep while working at a show at the NEC. Bill was extremely helpful prior to our stay and the place really made us feel like we were at home which helped us to relax after a hard days work. Will definitely stay again!
