Karen was helpful, friendly considerate and responsive! She struck a perfect balance between proactively communicating and not over communicating. The suite was cozy, clean, comfortable and well appointed. She responded quickly to my questions and was helpful and understanding. Her thoughtful and generous gifts were a great surprise to welcome us as we settled in. My teenagers also commented on how much they enjoyed the space and they definitely had no problems making themselves at home. Thank-you Karen for providing us with a spring skiing getaway! I hope to return during the 2024/25 ski season! The connection to quails was the icing on the cake as I am also a big fan of quails!

We had a fantastic stay at Karen's place! Extremely quick walk to the ski hill and village. Tidy place, with plenty of amenities.
