Matt and Kate could not have been more gracious in sharing their home. They provided everything we would need for our short-term stay. The home was exactly as described in their listing. We were in the Villages to attend a sibling’s reunion and with their permission; we hosted a BBQ which enabled us to have a small get-together.

Our 3rd year staying at Matt and Katie's place. It is a perfect house for us to enjoy Florida for the month of March. House is equipped with everything we need, and it is in a convenient location. Walk to the community pool or a short golf cart drive to numerous activities. Planning on staying here again next year!

Great place for my wife and myself to stay. it was extremely clean and as presented in the pictures. We like the many windows in the living room and dining area. They let in the morning sun. The shrubs looked very nice this year. Wireless works very well. Convenient to walk to the preserve. Owners respond to messages on AirBNB promptly.

This is our third year in the Jujube Cottage. We have found it to be a lovely appointed, very clean and well located unit. We would recommend it to anyone interested in renting in the Villages. Matt and Katie are always available to answer questions and offer help. They are the best!
