Wonderful location with amazing ocean views.

We stayed 2 nights, family of 7. Plenty of space for everyone. The balcony had a perfect view overlooking the beach and ocean. It was very quiet, which is what we wanted. The condo was very clean and looked like the pictures. We brought our own beach chairs, but the storage closet had plenty so we could have saved the space in our car. Plenty of sand toys for the kids. All the beds were comfortable, including the pull out couch. Nice coffee bar area with a brand new Keureg machine that does both pods and carafe. We used the washer and dryer and had no issues. We ate at Jack Mackerel’s our first night and Big Daddy’s the second. Both were about a mile from the condo and right next to Kure Beach Pier. We recommend both restaurants. Steve was very friendly and welcoming and will definitely stay here again for any future visits to the area.

We stayed at Steve’s condo for a short girls’ getaway. Steve was so helpful and friendly, had everything ready for us upon arrival, and was exactly as described. Location was excellent, right next door to Ft. Fisher recreation area, where we drove on the 4WD beach and climbed on the Coquina rocks. What a neat experience! Very unique place! Quiet area and uncrowded beach, which was a treat. Would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Super nice place with everything you need. Perfect spot to bring your family and relax. Right on the beach and close to the aquarium. Steve was very easy to communicate with and called me letting me know my room was ready early. I will be recommending this place to my friends and using this place again.
